The Vollrath FC-4HS-36120-BKR recessed heated shelf is a drop-in unit for use with countertops up to 2 inches thick. Its 38-inch width and 11/16-inch recessed surface area integrate into the worktop to support efficient service. Two independent warming zones with nine heat settings let teams hold different items at appropriate temperatures, while the digital thermostatic control provides precise, repeatable adjustments throughout service. The black aluminum hardcoat finish is suited to demanding foodservice use. Operating at 468 watts on 120v/60/1-ph with a 3.9-amp draw, this unit includes a power and control cord and uses a NEMA 5-15P connection. cULus and NSF listings support compliance across commercial operations.
