Product Description
Engineered for drop-in installation, the Vollrath FC-4HS-72120-BKR recessed heated shelf delivers reliable warming with a 74" width. It is built for countertops up to 2" thick and provides a 11/16" deep recessed surface area. Dual warming zones support flexible setups, while nine heat settings with a digital thermostatic control allow precise temperature adjustment. A black aluminum hardcoat finish completes the unit. The shelf operates at 957 watts on 120v/60/1-phase with an 8.0-amp draw, connecting via a power and control cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified cULus and NSF, it integrates smoothly into commercial service lines where consistent holding and presentation are essential.
