Equip your serving line with the Vollrath FC-6BG-041S-HS 6-Series Velocity breath guard. Designed for 4-pan/well drop-ins, the single-sided, adjustable configuration shifts between full-serve, self-serve, and horizontal to match traffic flow and menu changes.
A push-button mechanism with eight pre-set positions allows one person to reposition the guard in seconds for daypart transitions, refills, or cleaning. 60-1/4" long, 3/8"-thick tempered glass panels highlight food presentation, while 11-gauge stainless steel tubing withstands high-volume use.
The integrated 120V, 1100W heat strip provides supplemental heat over the service area to help maintain product quality on the line. NSF listed and Made in USA, it streamlines workflow and elevates the look of any drop-in station.
