Engineered for high-traffic serving lines, the Vollrath FC-6DV-36 FlexVent slide-in with downdraft vent system streamlines front-of-house cooking. Built to integrate into a custom serving counter (counter/cabinet not included), it helps maintain a clean presentation while supporting efficient workflow.
A stainless steel, three-position adjustable shelf accommodates varying appliance and vessel heights. The unit holds up to three countertop cooking devices—such as induction ranges, griddles, sandwich presses, or fryers—with a maximum combined load of 7,200 watts.
This self-contained system includes two removable stainless steel grease filters, two counter-mounted particulate charcoal filters, and an integrated ANSUL R-102 fire suppression system. UL710B recognized and UL Classified to NSF2, charging, inspection, and commissioning of the fire system are the customer's responsibility and AHJ review/approval is required prior to purchase. Custom product cannot be canceled
