Product Description
The Vollrath FC-6IH-01120 induction hot food well drop-in streamlines holding with electric, dry operation and one well measuring 15"W x 26"D. Two induction capsules in the well create two heat zones that can operate independently or be synced, supporting flexible menu layouts and efficient service. Maintain precise holding with individual heat and power controls and three power levels (low/medium/high) across a temperature range of 140°–190°F. The well accommodates Vollrath induction-ready steam table pans: one full-size pan (2-1/2" or 4" deep) or two half-size pans (2-1/2" or 4" deep) per well. A master power switch simplifies start-up and shutdown. This 120v/60/1-ph unit operates at 800 watts and 6.6 amps and includes a cord with NEMA 5-15P. Certified NSF, cULus, and FCC, and Made in USA (made to order), it delivers dependable performance for organized workflows and attractive presentation.
