Product Description
The Vollrath FC-6IH-03120 is a drop-in induction hot food well engineered for dry operation across three wells. Each well features two induction capsules that create two heat zones, which can operate independently or be synced for uniform holding. Individual heat and power controls per well provide three selectable power levels (low/medium/high) and a 140°–190°F temperature range to meet diverse menu needs. The unit accommodates Vollrath induction-ready steam table pans—either one full-size (2.5" or 4" deep) or two half-size (2.5" or 4" deep) per well. A master power switch is included for centralized control. With a 41-1/2"W x 26"D footprint, this drop-in integrates into serving lines and production counters. Electrical specifications include 120v/60/1-ph, 2380 watts, and 19.8 amps, with a cord and NEMA 5-30P plug. Certified NSF, cULus, and FCC. Made in USA (made to order).
