Boost workflow and presentation with a stainless exterior, 4-3/8-inch rear backsplash, and sloped side splashes that help contain grease and splatter. Two drip trays simplify cleanup between rushes, and 4- to 5-1/2-inch adjustable legs level the unit on uneven surfaces. Metal knobs with heavy-duty guards stand up to busy shifts, and the unit from Vollrath ships ready for natural gas with a regulator and gas valve; an included kit enables propane conversion for flexible installation.
