Two stainless burners deliver 60,000 BTU total—30,000 BTU per 12-inch section—while the 1-inch polished plate spreads and holds heat for reliable searing, browning, and finishing.
Dial in temperatures with thermostatic control and work confidently with metal knobs protected by heavy-duty guards. A 4-3/8-inch rear backsplash and sloped side splashes help contain grease, and the included drip tray streamlines cleanup. Stainless steel exterior and burner construction stand up to demanding, all-day service.
Install with ease: the unit ships set up for natural gas and includes a propane conversion kit, regulator, and gas valve. Level the cooking surface to your line with 4- to 5-1/2-inch adjustable legs. Ideal for eggs, burgers, pancakes, and more in diners, cafes, and high-volume foodservice operations, it’s ETL and cETLus listed.
