Power your line with the Vollrath GGMDM-24, a 24-inch gas flat top griddle built for dependable, medium-duty performance. Two stainless burners deliver a total of 56,000 BTU, spreading heat evenly across a 1-inch thick polished plate for reliable searing and quick recovery. Manual controls with metal knobs and heavy-duty knob guards give operators precise, durable control during busy service.
Streamline breakfast, lunch, and short-order menus with efficient, side-by-side cooking on a compact footprint. The 2-3/4" rear backsplash and sloped side splashes help keep grease contained and the station clean, improving workflow and presentation on the pass. Adjustable legs (4"–5-1/2") make leveling simple on uneven surfaces for consistent results.
Set up quickly with the included regulator and gas valve; the unit ships for natural gas and includes a conversion kit for propane. A stainless steel exterior stands up to daily use in kitchens, cafeterias, and concession operations
