The Vollrath GGMDM-48 medium-duty flat top gas griddle powers busy service with a 1-inch thick polished plate and 112,000 BTU of cooking performance. Four stainless burners deliver 28,000 BTU per 12-inch section to promote even heating and responsive recovery. Sear burgers, brown hash, and finish sandwiches with consistent results across a 48-inch surface.
Rely on durable manual controls, protected by metal knobs and heavy-duty knob guards, to fine-tune output during rush periods. A stainless exterior stands up to high-volume lines, while the 2-3/4-inch rear backsplash and sloped side splashes help contain mess and speed cleanup. Keep your station organized and your plating area looking sharp.
Shipped set up for natural gas, it includes a conversion kit to propane along with a regulator and gas valve. Adjustable 4- to 5-1/2-inch legs make leveling straightforward under the hood or on uneven floors. ETL and cETLus listed.
