The Vollrath GGMDT-24 medium-duty flat top gas griddle delivers consistent, controllable heat in a compact 24-inch footprint. Two stainless burners rated 28,000 BTU per 12-inch section and a thermostatic control help you maintain target temperatures through peak service.
The 1-inch thick polished plate stores heat for quick recovery and clean searing. Tackle breakfast staples, smash burgers, and sautéed vegetables while moving product efficiently across the surface.
A stainless exterior with a 2-3/4-inch backsplash and sloped side splash contains mess and speeds wipe-downs. It ships set for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit, regulator, and gas valve; adjustable legs simplify leveling, and ETL, cETLus listings support compliance.
