Built for busy lines, the Vollrath GGMDT-36 medium-duty flat top gas griddle delivers 84,000 BTU across three 12-inch zones for consistent searing and browning. Thermostatic control lets chefs dial in precise temperatures for eggs, pancakes, burgers, and more in high-volume commercial kitchens.
A polished 1-inch-thick plate heats evenly and recovers quickly between orders, helping keep service moving during breakfast rushes and lunch turnarounds. The stainless steel exterior, 2-3/4-inch rear backsplash, and sloped side splash help maintain a cleaner station and streamline scraping and plate-up.
Setup is straightforward: it ships ready for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit plus regulator and gas valve. Metal knobs with heavy-duty guards stand up to constant use, while 4- to 5-1/2-inch adjustable legs align with adjacent equipment on the cookline.
