Its straight front glass and illuminated interior present pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and entrées with clear sightlines, while the countertop, full-service design integrates neatly into checkout counters, cafés, and serving lines.
Dual rear sliding glass doors speed service by giving staff quick access for plating and replenishment. Two shelves expand merchandising capacity, and the 104°–165°F range lets you dial in holding temperatures for items like pizza slices, empanadas, or sides.
