The Vollrath HFM-26 hot food merchandiser helps you keep prepared foods at serving temperature while presenting them attractively on the counter. Its angled, self-service design streamlines traffic flow and provides clear visibility for quick selection. Interior illumination showcases your menu items throughout the day.
Maximize throughput with three adjustable shelves that adapt to various product heights, from pizza slices to breakfast sandwiches and sides. Thermostatic control from 95°F to 200°F allows you to dial in holding conditions for different recipes. Front and rear sliding glass doors enable efficient restocking from the back while guests serve from the front.
Set up easily with a standard 120V connection and NEMA 5-15P plug drawing 12 amps at 1440 watts. Locking doors provide product security between service periods. Ideal for cafes, cafeterias, convenience stores, and concessions seeking reliable hot holding and clean presentation in limited counter space.
