The Vollrath HFM-36 hot food merchandiser is a countertop heated display case designed to showcase and hold grab-and-go items at serving temperature. Its 36-inch wide, angled, illuminated cabinet draws attention and promotes upselling in high-traffic areas. Self-service access supports speedy service during rush periods.
Thermostatically controlled heat lets you dial in a 95°F–200°F holding range to match menu needs. Three adjustable shelves fit boxes, baskets, and wrapped foods, while front and rear sliding glass doors streamline loading and restocking. Locking doors help secure product after hours or between dayparts.
Plug into a standard 120V outlet with the included NEMA 5-15P cord for easy installation—no hardwiring required.
