The Vollrath HPG4-24 gas countertop hotplate powers busy cooklines with four 26,000 BTU burners, delivering 104,000 BTU total in a compact 24-inch footprint. Its 24"W x 29-1/4"D x 13-1/4"H profile helps maximize available space while providing multiple heating zones for simultaneous tasks. Rugged cast iron grates support heavy pots and pans for high-volume production.
Dial in heat with manual metal control knobs and move from searing proteins to boiling water or reducing sauces without changing stations.
