The Vollrath HPG6-36 gas countertop hotplate accelerates production on busy lines. Six 26,000 BTU burners let chefs sear, boil, and sauté at once, helping streamline ticket times from breakfast to dinner. Heavy cast iron grates support stock pots and sauté pans in high-volume service.
Dial in heat precisely with manual metal control knobs to shift from a gentle simmer to a rolling boil. A stainless steel drip pan captures spills and removes quickly for fast wipe-downs between turns, keeping the station clean and efficient.
Constructed of stainless and aluminized steel, this 36-1/10" wide unit stands up to daily use while fitting standard counters. It ships for Natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for propane flexibility across locations. ETL and cETLus listings support compliance in commercial kitchens.
