Its 3004 heavy-duty aluminum body and 2-gauge construction stand up to daily use in restaurants, hotels, and institutional operations.
An integrated faucet enables controlled draining and decanting of stocks, broths, and pasta water, minimizing heavy lifting and speeding changeovers. Welded aluminum handles provide a sturdy, reliable grip when moving the pot on or off the range.
The double-thick top and bottom add strength and durability for repeated service.
