Operators can fine-tune heat with five power levels and set hold times from 1 to 180 minutes, helping protect product quality during rushes and lulls alike. An LED digital readout enables quick checks at a glance, supporting consistent results across shifts.
Supporting pans up to 14 inches, this unit accommodates common induction-ready chafers, rondeaus, and inserts used in front- or back-of-house. It plugs into a 120V, single-phase circuit via a cord with NEMA 5-15P, simplifying placement where you need dependable warming without open flames.
