The Vollrath 7470110 Mirage® induction soup rethermalizer streamlines heat-and-hold for soups, sauces, and mac & cheese in busy kitchens. This 7-quart unit features dry use operation to eliminate water wells, keeping stations cleaner and changeovers faster.
Dial in temperatures in °F or °C with solid-state controls and a locking function, then leverage four soup presets for consistent results from shift to shift. A stir indicator LED prompts staff to mix contents to maintain uniform texture throughout service.
An induction-ready inset and inset cover come standard for plug-and-play setup on a 120v line. Running at 800 watts and 6.7 amps with a NEMA 5-15P cord, this unit supports efficient workflows on cooklines, serving stations, and satellite sites.
