This 7-quart, dry-use unit retherms and holds product without a water bath, simplifying setup and cleanup for busy lines. The red and black finish looks sharp on the counter while matching back-of-house equipment.
Dial in precise results with solid-state controls that lock to prevent tampering. Temperature can be set in °F or °C, and four soup presets speed common menu tasks for chili, chowders, and sauces. A stir indicator LED prompts staff to mix product at the right time for even heat.
