The Vollrath N37310 is an NSF2 (2011) single deck classic cafeteria breath guard designed for 28" ADA Signature units. It shields displayed foods while preserving clear sightlines for guests and staff. Install it to protect product and support consistent presentation across your serving line.
Suited for cafeterias, serving lines, and self-service stations, the single-deck profile promotes unobstructed pass-through of trays and plates on ADA-height counters. Operators can guide traffic cleanly while maintaining efficient interaction between attendants and guests. The result is a faster, more orderly service flow during busy periods.
Use this food shield/sneeze guard as part of a new build or to replace an existing breath guard on compatible 28" ADA Signature units. The configuration helps standardize coverage and appearance across adjacent sections. When ordered as a replacement breath guard, crating charges are applied.
