Outfit your Vollrath (3) well Signature Server and 4-Series Signature Server with the N89286 traditional breath guard to streamline two-sided service. Its double-sided buffet design supports guest flow on both sides, while 1/4" thick tempered glass secured in a thick fitting channel with 1-1/2" extruded aluminum maintains clear product visibility and rigid stability.
This unit mounts to a stainless steel solid surface and requires a 14 gauge stainless steel solid surface, aligning with compatible stainless countertops. Included acrylic end panels complete the sneeze guard barrier and help contain the serving area at each end.
Ideal for high-traffic cafeteria and corporate dining lines where presentation and throughput matter. It is NSF2 (2011) compliant, made in the USA, and backed by a 1-year warranty.
