The guard mounts to a stainless steel solid surface and requires a 14-gauge stainless steel solid surface for proper installation, supporting consistent, long-term performance. Built in the USA and compliant with NSF/ANSI 2 (2011), it helps operators meet food safety expectations without compromising presentation. A 1-year warranty adds peace of mind.
