Engineered for two-sided service, the Vollrath NCB98638 Contemporary Breath Guard equips buffets and serving lines with NSF2 (2011) protection. Its 3/8-inch tempered glass with polished ends pairs with a 1-inch stainless steel tubular frame to deliver clear visibility and rigid support. Ideal for chef’s tables and multi-station serving lines.
Serve guests efficiently from both sides in cafés, cafeterias, and catered events while preserving food presentation. This double-sided sneeze guard mounts to stainless steel, solid surface, or laminate countertops and is designed for Vollrath (4) well Signature Server units with laminate or Corian countertops, as well as (4) well drop-in units.
Tempered glass end panels help direct airflow and create a defined service zone for safer, cleaner operation. Made in USA with a 1-year warranty, it stands up to daily use in high-volume foodservice environments.
