This single-sided buffet configuration combines a 3/8"-thick tempered glass shield with an integrated top shelf and a 1" stainless steel tubular frame to elevate presentation while defending against contamination. Polished glass ends maximize visibility for guests and staff.
Purpose-built to pair with Vollrath (6) well Signature Server units with laminate or Corian countertops and with (6) well drop-in units, it helps standardize serving lines across locations. The unit mounts to stainless steel solid surface or laminate countertops, enabling straightforward installation and consistent alignment with your wells.
