The Vollrath NPB89273 is an NSF/ANSI 2 (2011) traditional breath guard engineered for single-sided buffet service. Its 1/4" thick tempered glass sits in a tight-fitting channel with a 1-1/2" extruded aluminum frame to protect food while preserving clear sightlines. Use it to elevate presentation and help meet code without slowing your line.
Pair this unit with Vollrath (5) well Signature Server stations with laminate or Corian® countertops and with (5) well drop-in units. The guard mounts securely to stainless steel, solid surface, or laminate countertops, supporting efficient self-service in cafeterias, hotels, and campus or healthcare dining.
Acrylic end panels are included to close side exposures and sharpen the look of your service counter. Made in the USA with a 1-year warranty, it’s built for daily foodservice demands and straightforward cleaning. Custom sizes are available to fit unique layouts.
