Engineered for high-traffic serving lines, the Vollrath NPB89284 traditional breath guard optimizes presentation and guest flow on 6-well Signature Server units and 6-well drop-in stations. This single-sided buffet design adds a convenient top shelf while meeting NSF2 (2011) requirements, helping chefs and operators maintain protection and visibility at the counter.
The 1/4" thick tempered glass is secured in a tight-fitting channel with 1-1/2" extruded aluminum for rigid, long-lasting performance.
