The Vollrath PB89262 traditional breath guard delivers reliable food protection and a clean, professional presentation for cafeteria service. Its 1/4" thick tempered glass sits in a tight-fitting channel, supported by a 1-1/2" extruded aluminum frame to withstand daily use while keeping sightlines clear.
Engineered for Vollrath (4) well Signature Server units with laminate or Corian® countertops and (4) well drop-in units, this vertical design integrates smoothly into existing serving lines. It mounts to stainless steel solid surface or laminate countertops and ships pre-assembled in a sturdy crate to reduce installation time and disruption.
