The Vollrath PO4-20814L-R is an electric, forced convection, countertop single-deck conveyor pizza oven designed for professional kitchens. Measuring 68 inches wide, it features one 14-inch wide left-to-right conveyor belt and a 1-1/2 to 4 inch product clearance to accommodate varied items. Thermostatic independent top and bottom heat, paired with variable speed control, enables precise adjustment of bake conditions. Quartz heaters provide responsive heating, and the included loading and receiving trays support organized product flow. Built with stainless steel and aluminum construction and insulated wires, the unit is equipped with adjustable legs for leveling. Electrical requirements are 208v/60/1-ph, 27.0 amps, 5.6kW with a NEMA 6-50P connection. This model is cULus and NSF listed and Made in USA for operators, chefs, buyers, and facility managers focused on performance and workflow.
