Equip your line with the Vollrath PSG4-DG208240, a double electric panini sandwich grill for efficient, two-sided grilling. A 19" x 9" cooking area with grooved cast-iron plates provides top-and-bottom contact for pressed sandwiches, melts, and searing.
The pivot-action top plate accommodates different product thicknesses, from stacked ciabatta to flatbreads and vegetables. Thermostatic controls let staff set temperatures to maintain pace across breakfast, lunch, and late-night service.
A brushed stainless steel body pairs with cast iron for daily use in cafes, concessions, and campus dining. The 208V, single-phase connection includes a cord with NEMA 6-15P, and the unit is UL and NSF listed.
