The Vollrath R38714 Affordable Portable™ refrigerated cold food pan streamlines point-of-service operations while showcasing chilled menu items. Its fully enclosed clear acrylic buffet breath guard protects product and maintains a clean presentation with 12" clearance for easy access. Use it as a versatile cold food serving counter for salad, fruit, or dessert stations.
Boost throughput with a 3-pan size and a 6" deep stainless well that cleans quickly via a 1" drain. The 46"W x 39-1/2"D x 35"H footprint and black wrapper fit neatly in cafeterias, kiosks, and banquet setups. An open storage base keeps backups, utensils, and smallwares within reach to reduce trips to the back of house.
