Designed for busy service lines, the Vollrath Affordable Portable refrigerated cold food pan streamlines presentation and holding for salads, toppings, and chilled sides. Its 4-pan layout and 6-inch-deep stainless well maximize a compact 60-inch by 39-1/2-inch footprint. The black wrapper blends cleanly into front-of-house décor.
A fully enclosed clear acrylic breath guard, NSF-2 certified with 12-inch clearance, showcases food while protecting it from contamination. Locking casters let chefs and operators roll the cold food serving counter into position, then secure it for safe service. Use it on the line, in cafeterias, or for mobile catered stations.
Operational details are built for efficiency: a 1-inch drain speeds end-of-day cleanup, and the storage base with sliding doors keeps utensils and refills within reach.
