The granite wrapper and fully enclosed clear acrylic breath guard elevate presentation while protecting product during self-service. Locking casters let you roll it into position and secure it for service.
Built for efficient workflows, the 3-pan stainless well is 6" deep and includes a 1" drain for quick cleanouts between meal periods. The open storage base keeps utensils, pans, and backup product within easy reach to minimize trips back of house. At 46" wide, it fits neatly into serving lines in cafeterias, catering corridors, and multi-station servery layouts.
