Its fully enclosed clear acrylic buffet breath guard (NSF/ANSI 2) and integrated lighting elevate presentation while helping protect product; bulbs are not included. A cherry woodgrain wrapper delivers a warm, front-of-house look that suits cafeterias, cafes, and catering lines.
Designed for service efficiency, the 60" wide, 4-pan layout organizes salads, fruits, or toppings for quick guest flow. The 6" deep stainless well and 1" drain simplify loading, cold holding, and end-of-day cleanup. Locking casters let staff stage the cold food serving counter exactly where it’s needed, then secure it during service.
Operators gain practical storage with the base’s sliding doors for pans, utensils, and refills. The unit runs on 120V/60/1 with a NEMA 5-15P, and is UL and NSF listed. A 12" clearance under the breath guard gives ample access while maintaining a clean barrier.
