A walnut woodgrain wrapper pairs with an easy-access, fully enclosed clear acrylic NSF2 breath guard to present chilled items attractively, while 12-inch clearance supports comfortable service.
Optimize workflow with a 3-pan layout and a 6-inch deep stainless well that organizes salads, toppings, and sides. A 1-inch drain accelerates changeovers and cleaning between dayparts, and the solid base keeps the footprint tidy for front-of-house use.
Position the unit exactly where it’s needed on locking casters, then power it with 120v/60/1-ph via a NEMA 5-15P connection.
