Power your serving line with the Vollrath R39718 Affordable Portable™ refrigerated cafeteria unit. It keeps salads, fruit, and deli sides chilled while the cafeteria NSF/ANSI 2 breath guard showcases menu items and supports sanitary self-service. The 60" x 24" footprint pairs with a comfortable 35" counter height to fit most cafeteria layouts.
The 4-pan cold well features a 6" deep stainless steel well and a 1" drain to speed changeovers and cleaning. A door-base storage compartment keeps utensils, pans, and refills organized and close at hand. Locking casters let you position the unit quickly and secure it during service.
This cold food serving counter plugs into 120v/60/1 power via a NEMA 5-15P for fast setup.
