The Vollrath R39962 Affordable Portable™ refrigerated cafeteria unit helps you stage, chill, and present cold menu items with speed and consistency. At 60 inches wide with a walnut woodgrain wrapper, it upgrades front-of-house presentation while fitting smoothly into serving lines. An NSF/ANSI 2 cafeteria breath guard protects product visibility and guest access.
Optimize workflow with a 4-pan capacity inside a 6-inch deep stainless steel well and a convenient 1-inch drain for efficient end-of-day cleanup. Use it in cafeteria lines, self-serve buffets, or staff-served stations to keep salads, sides, and desserts ready for service. The 35-inch working height supports comfortable plating and replenishment.
