Switch from full-serve to self-serve or horizontal positions using the push-button control and (8) pre-set stops—adjustable by a single person to keep workflows moving during peak periods. Durable 3/8" tempered glass panels and 11-gauge stainless steel tubing stand up to daily use while showcasing menu items clearly.
An integrated heat strip (120V, 825W, 6.9A, 60 Hz) delivers targeted overhead warmth to help maintain serving temperatures along the line. Deploy it for salad bars, hot entrée wells, or mixed stations where flexibility and speed are essential.
