Engineered for busy serving lines, the Vollrath 6-Series Velocity breath guard (sneeze guard) streamlines service while elevating presentation. Its double-sided, adjustable design pairs with 4-Series front-of-house units to cover five pans/wells across a 73-inch span.
Adapt in seconds between full-serve, self-serve, or horizontal positions using eight pre-set stops. A push-button mechanism allows single-person adjustments, speeding changeovers between menu periods and traffic patterns.
3/8-inch tempered glass panels showcase food clearly, while rugged 11-gauge stainless steel tubing stands up to daily use. The integrated 120V LED light strip enhances visibility and merchandising in cafeterias, buffets, and other front-of-house service stations.
