Its ThreePass heat transfer system and 70,000 BTU burner focus heat in the oil to support steady production during peak service. Solid state digital controls with melt cycles streamline start-up with solid shortening and help maintain consistent frying.
Twin baskets let you stage fries, chicken, or seafood simultaneously to keep ticket times tight. Electronic ignition speeds lighting, while the stainless steel fry tank and cabinet withstand daily use in high-volume kitchens.
Operators can reposition the unit for cleaning or line changes using the adjustable casters, with two swivel locking casters providing stability during service. ENERGY STAR® certification supports energy-conscious operations.
