The Vulcan 1TR65C PowerFry3™ high-efficiency gas fryer delivers a 65–70 lb capacity in a compact 21-inch-wide footprint. Its ThreePass™ heat transfer system focuses heat where it’s needed to help maintain consistent oil temperature for back-to-back batches. An 80,000 BTU burner and electronic ignition help streamline start-up and keep production moving.
Program precise cook cycles with the onboard computer controls, then use melt cycles to protect oil during warm-up. Twin baskets let crews stage fries, tenders, or wings without slowing the line, while the stainless steel fry tank stands up to daily use.
Adjustable casters, with two swivel locking and two non-locking, make it easy to reposition for cleaning or service while keeping the unit steady during rush periods. Built with a stainless steel cabinet and fry tank, this fryer supports busy kitchens seeking ENERGY STAR® efficiency with CSA and NSF compliance.
