The Vulcan PowerFry5™ 1VK45A helps busy kitchens move faster with a compact 15-1/2" wide, free-standing footprint and a 45–50 lb oil capacity. Its 70,000 BTU gas design delivers high efficiency for high-volume stations without sacrificing line space. Perfect for fries, wings, tenders, and appetizers, it keeps service flowing through peak rushes.
The FivePass™ heat transfer system accelerates heat recovery so baskets come back up to temperature quickly between drops. Solid state analog knob control with melt cycles safeguards shortening while giving operators simple, precise adjustments. Electronic ignition provides dependable starts at the beginning of every shift.
Built with a stainless steel cabinet and fry tank, the 1VK45A streamlines cleanup and stands up to daily use. Twin baskets enable simultaneous cooking and staging to pace orders and reduce ticket times. Adjustable casters (two swivel locking, two non-locking) make it easy to reposition for cleaning or reconfiguring the cookline, while ENERGY STAR® performance helps manage utility costs.
