Drive consistent output with the Vulcan 2GR65MF gas fryer battery. Two high-capacity vats at 65–70 lb per vat let you stage fries, wings, and breaded proteins side by side to keep lines moving. Millivolt thermostat controls help maintain target temperatures for uniform results.
Streamline oil management and changeovers with the integrated KleenScreen Plus® filtration system. Twin baskets organize staggered drops during rushes and support portion control.
The stainless steel fry tank and cabinet are easy to clean and built for everyday use. At 42 inches wide with 300,000 BTU of gas input, this two-fryer battery fits a 42-inch footprint. Adjustable casters, including two swivel locking, simplify roll-out for service and nightly sanitation.
