The Vulcan 2TR65DF PowerFry3 gas fryer is built for high-output kitchens that demand consistency and speed. A 42-inch-wide, two-vat battery fryer layout gives you flexible station planning on the line or in the prep area.
Each vat holds 65–70 lb of oil, with solid state digital controls and melt cycles to handle liquid or solid shortening with precision. Vulcan’s ThreePass heat transfer system delivers heat efficiently, while electronic ignition ensures reliable startups. Twin baskets make it easy to stage fries, wings, or seafood in back-to-back batches.
Streamline oil management with the integrated KleenScreen PLUS filtration system between rushes. A stainless steel cabinet and fry tank stand up to daily use, and adjustable casters (two swivel locking, two non-locking) simplify cleaning under and around the unit. CSA and NSF listings and ENERGY STAR support performance goals in restaurants, cafeterias, and institutional operations.
