Drive throughput with solid state analog knob controls featuring melt cycles for smooth startups and consistent oil temperature. The ThreePass heat transfer system and electronic ignition provide responsive heat across heavy batches, helping crews maintain pace and product quality.
Streamline oil management with the integrated KleenScreen PLUS filtration system and twin baskets for steady basket-to-basket production.
