Streamline workflow between rushes using the integrated KleenScreen PLUS filtration system to polish oil and get back to the next drop quickly. Twin baskets support staggered batches of fries, wings, and breaded proteins to maintain ticket times and product quality. With 160,000 BTU and ENERGY STAR efficiency, this fryer helps control utility costs while meeting peak demand.
Built with a stainless steel cabinet and fry tank, it stands up to daily rigors and cleans down smoothly. Adjustable casters—two swivel locking and two non-locking—let you position the unit for service and roll it out for maintenance.
