Built for high-volume lineups, the Vulcan Endurance 36C-2B24G combines two 30,000 BTU open burners, a 24-inch griddle, and a convection oven in a compact 36-inch footprint. With 135,000 total BTU, it lets chefs move from searing and sautéing to griddling and baking without breaking stride. The convection oven streamlines roasting, finishing, and batch baking for improved ticket times.
Stage sauces or stocks on the open tops while flipping eggs, burgers, or pancakes across the 3/4-inch-thick plate. The 4-inch-wide front grease trough and lift-off burner heads speed cleanup and keep stations turning between rushes.
A fully MIG welded chassis and stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf stand up to daily punishment. Six-inch adjustable legs make leveling simple for installers and facility teams, supporting consistent production in any layout.
