The Vulcan 36C-36GT Endurance restaurant range brings thermostatic precision to the line with a full 36" griddle built on a rugged 7/8" plate. Gas-fueled performance helps crews hit target temps quickly and hold them steady during service. Chefs can dial in heat zones to cook eggs, smash burgers, or sear vegetables without slowing the ticket rail.
An integrated convection oven broadens the station, letting teams bake, roast, or finish items while the griddle stays productive. The 4" wide front grease trough speeds scraping and captures runoff to keep the surface clear and the work area tidy. This configuration streamlines breakfast rushes, high-volume lunch programs, and batch prep alike.
Built for daily demand, it features stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and a lift-off high shelf over a fully MIG welded chassis. Six-inch adjustable legs level the unit on uneven floors and simplify cleaning beneath. CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings support specification in regulated facilities.
