The Vulcan 36S-2B24GT Endurance™ restaurant range unites two 30,000 BTU open burners, a 24-inch thermostatic griddle with a 3/4-inch plate, and a standard oven in a compact 36-inch footprint. Chefs can sear and sauté on the burners while griddling eggs, pancakes, or smash burgers for a smooth service flow. Thermostatic griddle control and the thick plate help hold even surface temperatures for consistent results across the cooktop.
Streamline cleanup and station resets with lift-off burner heads and a 4-inch front grease trough that channels runoff efficiently. The stainless steel front, sides, and backriser pair with a lift-off high shelf to support pans, plating, and smallwares right where you need them. Use the oven to bake, roast, or finish dishes as tickets stack up.
Built on a fully MIG welded chassis and set on 6-inch adjustable legs, this range is engineered for daily commercial duty and easy leveling on uneven floors. With a total 135,000 BTU gas package and CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings, operators can specify it confidently for restaurants, schools, and institutional kitchens.
